WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Friday afternoon that a "great deal of progress" has been made on the rescue plan, and that "we are back on track." Rep. Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said he expects an agreement on the rescue plan by Sunday. He added that it's Congress's job to undo years of no regulation, and that the auto industry is at risk from the credit crisis.
